Day 2 of Immersion

On the second day of Immersion we went to Mr. Glen Cox' place. He showed us lots of cool artifacts like an atlatle and pottery. He took us on a truck ride where he showed us a blue hole and a spring. We watched Pate get beat up by a couple of limbs. I am really ready to see what we are going to do tomorrow and get started on our presentation.

"It sounds like you had a great day - the photos are just great! Did you take them all? Also, Immersion is with an "i." Great work and nice observations - this is a great example of an excellent blog post!"

First day of emersion

On the first day of the emersion project we met with Mr. Keneth Deese. We saw an ospreyand an eagle. We also stopped to laugh at those in the science group who got soaking wet while kayaking on the river. It was a very productive day and if we did not have Mr. Keneth to help us learn more about the…See More

Research on the Flint River

I am looking at how the flint has helped people with there jobs and businesses. At the moment I am looking at a fellow named Lem Griffen. He owned a peanut and grain company and without the Flint, his business would have never amounted to anything. I believe that in order to really help people we must know how the environment has helped them as well, so we can work in harmony with the Flint (or nature in general) to help as many people as we can.
